We have started discussing Section 1.2 Nutritional Needs, pages 9-12. Please continue to read pgs. 13-22 and complete the Section Review 1.2 on pg. 22. This homework assignment will be due at the beginning of class on Friday, Sept 8th. If you have not already done so, be prepared to take Quiz 1-on Friday at the beginning of class.
